How do WooSeal waterproof socks work?

WooSeal waterproof socks keep feet dry by preventing water from seeping through the fabric. They achieve this purpose by utilizing a waterproof and breathable membrane as middle layer of the socks.

Are they fully waterproof?

Yes! WooSeal waterproof socks feature a triple-layer design that blocks water while allowing sweat to escape, keeping your feet dry in wet conditions.

Do they keep feet warm in cold weather?

Absolutely. The built-in insulation helps retain warmth, making them perfect for cold and wet conditions.

Are they breathable?

Yes — WooSeal waterproof socks are made with a breathable waterproof fabric that wicks away sweat and heat, keeping your feet dry and comfortable.
The middle TPU waterproof membrane has microscopic pores that are small enough to block water droplets, but large enough to let moisture vapor and heat escape.  This allows sweat to evaporate while keeping rain and water out.

How durable are WooSeal socks?

WooSeal waterproof socks are built to last through regular wear and outdoor activities.  Whether for hiking, cycling, or daily use, they’re designed to maintain performance over time.

Are these socks eco-friendly?

What size should I choose if I’m between sizes?

If you are in between sizes, we recommend to choose a larger size. You can check the size chart at each product page.

Do they fit true to size?

Sizing may vary slightly depending on foot shape.We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

What if they don’t fit?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@wooseal.com
within 30 days of receiving your order for a free replacement and appropriate compensation. If you ordered the wrong size, we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange.

How do I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@wooseal.com. Orders cannot be canceled directly through the website.

How should I use WooSeal waterproof socks?

To get the best performance, always wear these socks inside your outdoor shoes  Be careful to avoid sharp objects like gravel or branches, as they can puncture the waterproof membrane.

Please note, these socks are not suitable for prolonged water immersion activities such as swimming or diving.  

Can I wash these socks?

Yes — WooSeal waterproof socks can be washed to keep them fresh and comfortable. For best results, hand wash in water below 40°C (104°F) and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. After washing, drip dry only — do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Store them in a cool, dry place away from prolonged sunlight to maintain their performance.

Do they fit comfortably with different types of shoes?

Definitely. The snug yet flexible design works well with hiking boots, sneakers, work shoes, and more.

Are they suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our socks are made from hypoallergenic materials that are gentle on the skin. However, if you have specific skin conditions, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before use.

Can I wear them for running or high-intensity activities?
