Payment Methods
We currently accept the following secure payment options for US orders:
- PayPal — Pay with PayPal balance or debit/credit card.
- Credit Cards — Major credit cards supported via encrypted payment gateways.
- Apple Pay — Fast and private checkout on supported devices.
- Google Pay — Quick and secure payments on supported browsers and devices.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.
If you do not receive an email within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@wooseal.com with the subject line: “Order Confirmation Missing”.
Payment Issues
If your payment fails, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@wooseal.com using the subject line: “Failed Payment”.
Providing a screenshot may help speed up the resolution.
Payment Pending status typically indicates a failed or incomplete payment.
Do not recreate your order to avoid duplicates. Instead, contact us using the subject line: “Payment Pending”.
Paid but Status Not Updated
If you successfully completed payment but your order status hasn’t updated within 24 hours, contact our Customer Service Team at support@wooseal.com using the subject line: “Order Status Update”.
We will verify your payment and resend confirmation if needed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be modified once submitted (including shipping address, delivery method, or item quantities).
- You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@wooseal.com.
- Orders cannot be canceled directly through the website.
Processing Fees
A small 1.5% processing fee may apply to cover transaction fees charged by payment providers.
If you choose to cancel and place a new order, we will automatically cancel your previous order and issue a full refund with no fee deducted.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by provider.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
If tracking updates are delayed, please contact us using the subject line: “Order Tracking”.
Tracking Status Notes:
- Preparing to Ship / In Transit — Order has left our warehouse.
- Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
For US orders:
- Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days — $3 USD
- Express Shipping: 3–8 business days — $12 USD
- Free Shipping: Orders over $60 USD
During promotional events, free shipping may be offered.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Delivery Notes
- Delivery times may extend during holidays, sales, or severe weather.
- Deliveries occur on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).
- Please monitor shipment via the provided tracking number.
- Public Holidays
Our warehouse and courier partners are closed on public holidays.
Orders placed during these periods will be processed the next business day.
