Order Status Guide

Pending

  • Your item has been packed, and shipping information has been sent to the carrier.
  • It may take 3–5 business days for the carrier to update your order status.

In Transit

  • The carrier has accepted or picked up your shipment.
  • Your order is on its way to you.

Out for Delivery

The carrier is about to deliver your shipment, or it is ready for pickup at your local post office.

Exception

This status indicates a shipping exception, such as:

  • Customs hold
  • Undelivered package
  • Return to sender

Action: Please contact your local post office with the tracking number for further instructions.

Failed Attempt

  • The carrier attempted to deliver your package but was unsuccessful.
  • A notice is usually left, and the carrier will try again.

Action: To arrange a new delivery schedule or pickup, contact your local post office with the tracking number.
