Order Status Guide
1.Pending:
Your item has been packed, and shipping information has been sent to the carrier. It may take 3-5 business days for the carrier to update the status of your order. Rest assured, your order is already on its way.

2.In Transit:
The carrier has accepted or picked up the shipment from us. Your order is on its way to you!
3.Out for Delivery:
The carrier is about to deliver your shipment, or it is ready for pickup at your local post office.
4.Exception:
This status indicates a shipping exception, such as a customs hold, an undelivered package, or a return to the sender.
Please contact your local post office with the tracking number for further instructions.
5.Failed Attempt:
The carrier attempted to deliver your package but was unsuccessful. They usually leave a notice and will try again.
To arrange a new delivery schedule or pickup, contact your local post office with the tracking number.
