By placing an order with WooSeal, you agree to the following policy.

Return Conditions

We accept returns only if the item is defective due to our error, such as:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item is damaged or has a quality defect.

Returns for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “no longer want it” are not accepted.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If your return is approved after inspection, WooSeal will reimburse your return shipping cost. Please retain your shipping receipt, as it is required to process the reimbursement.

The return address will be provided via email after your request is approved. Do not return items to the original shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Refund arrival times may vary depending on your payment provider:

    • PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Typically within 3–5 business days.

    • Credit Cards: Typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our Customer Service Team at support@wooseal.com.

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled directly through the website.

Important:

  • A 1.5% processing and transaction fee will be deducted from refunds.

  • If you cancel and place a new order instead, we will automatically cancel your previous order and issue a full refund with no fee deducted.
