Customs Duties & Taxes

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the checkout price. The amount you see at checkout is final—no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. WooSeal cannot guarantee address changes after the order is placed. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.

If the package is refused by the recipient or delivery attempts fail, WooSeal reserves the right to abandon the package. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages

WooSeal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please report it to your shipping carrier. For further assistance, contact our support team.

Delivery Guarante

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund—your choice.
