EMS - FAQs
Does EMS Really Help with Body Sculpting?
EMS technology has been widely studied for its ability to activate muscles. When combined with regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle, it can help improve muscle engagement, support toning, and complement your fitness routine.
How Long Should Each Session Last?
Each session lasts about 15 minutes. We recommend using the EMS Toning Shorts 2–3 times per week, allowing your muscles adequate time to recover between sessions. Start at a comfortable intensity and gradually increase it as your body adapts for a safe and effective training experience.
Is the EMS sensation painful?
Not at all. Most users describe it as a gentle tingling or muscle contraction. Start with a lower intensity and gradually increase it to a level that feels comfortable for you.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. With multiple training modes and adjustable intensity levels, beginners can start at a comfortable setting and gradually increase the intensity as they adapt.
Can I wear it while exercising?
Yes. The shorts are designed to be worn during light activities such as walking, yoga, stretching, or household tasks.
Does It Need to Be Plugged In?
Not at all. Our design is Plug-Free and comes with a built-in rechargeable battery, allowing you to train anytime, anywhere with total convenience.
Can the EMS Toning Short be washed?
Yes. After removing the detachable power unit, the shorts can be safely washed without affecting performance. They are suitable for both hand washing and machine washing.
Who should not use EMS Toning Shorts?
For your safety, do not use the EMS Toning Shorts if you:
- Have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device.
- Are pregnant.
- Have epilepsy.
- Have open wounds, broken skin, or severe skin irritation in the treatment area.
If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether EMS is suitable for you, please consult your healthcare professional before use.
How Does EMS Help with Pelvic Floor Strengthening?
The pelvic version of the EMS Toning Short includes two electrodes positioned over the pelvic floor area. It delivers low-frequency electrical pulses (4–50Hz) that stimulate the pelvic floor muscles, mimicking Kegel exercises. This helps improve muscle strength and performance, supporting benefits such as improved bladder control, core stability, and postnatal recovery.
